    multiple rigs

im showing up bd with 3 rigs this year instead of one. any ideas on how to do the turnaround quickly? Parking was limited, i dont want to go all the back to hotel for next rig. how do i stage the rigs to be quickly available. jump dump land grab jump etc. Also , will there be a designated packing area this year or will it be the mud, rocks and trees again thx

Go for it dude, let us know if you get more than five jumps and as for the landing area, I think they have cleared a large area marked especially for you. Maybe if you asked them to put a seperate ramp for you also you might get 8+ jumps or is that seconds.

    Enjoy :*

    RE: multiple rigs

    Dude
Can you get 3 rigs inspected and tagged?
Don't you think anyone will notice your ass back in line? Or are you paying for three slots? Surely not.
To get lots of legal jumps, why don't you just go to Perrine?

    RE: multiple rigs

well, actually the question was serious, nor was it directed at the skydivers who only have balls enough to make one base jump a year and only off of nrgb. the question was for other BASE jumpers who do the same thing. Bridgeday passes dont entitle you to one jump, they entitle you to as many jumps as you can get. The altitude of nrgb allows us real basejumpers to legally work on aerials and rigging not convenient elsewhere. Go back to your twin otters little boys, base is too dangerous for you...}>

    RE: multiple rigs

And this is why the brave man posts his name. Surely if you were a serious BASE jumper you would know that the bridge is always open.

    RE: multiple rigs

well, if you want to make multiple jumps, bring your significant other. I had my whuffo girlfriend out at Perrine packing while I was jumping.... She already knows the drill at the bridge, wear the stash bag, switch rigs in line, take videos, etc.

of course I'm still paying for the perrine trip, so I'm not quite sure if it was worth it or not.......

    RE: multiple rigs

Dude, I can't believe you let your wuffo girlfriend pack your BASE rig. That is the most insane thing I have ever read on this board.:7

    Dude,
You must drink a lot of Mountain Dew to identify so strongly with the "I'm extreme beyond belief" crowd.
Do you BASE jump to be cooler than the average skydiver?
    Is it getting you sex?
Do you wear your BR or CR Tshirt wherever you go?
    Do you have a mullet?
Do your weenie wussy skydiver friends crowd around you to here your latest BASE exploit as you yap about to anyone who will listen?

You are one hardcore MoFo that I would really like to be like some day.....

Sorry, I guess I need less coffee. Forget I wrote this. No hard feelings?

    RE: multiple rigs

sweetie, no hard feelings at all. Incredible the intensity of stupidity of people on this board. No one knows im a basejumper except my family. My question was a legitimate and legal one, the reactions were ridiculous, ignorant and uninformed demonstrating that the posters were a) whuffos b) troublemaker whufos and c) skydivers. Watch any bd video and you will see numerous second jumps perfectly legal under bda and parkservice. I asked for advice not jealous wannabe crybaby troublemaker children who are completely uninformed. the bridge is accessible anytime but not repeatedly, and conveniently children. Ill waste no more time with you children, basejumpers allow you to jump the bridge, and assist in seeing that you dont kill yourselves. Maybe we shouldnt try so hard, huh? P.S. this was not intended for squirrel who is a good guy all around. dude nice round two way labor day dude, thx for the girlfriend advice but i love her too much to put her to slave labor, cya.:P

Get over yourself, "Bridge Day BASE".
I asked you a legitimate question, and you give me a childish insult. Why am I even talking to you? Good luck on your aerials, and your personality.

    RE: multiple rigs

    Mr BDB
PS: I am not jealous. I am glad for you to be able to have 3 rigs and to get as many jumps as you want. I have never made more than two in a day myself, but if you can get six, more power to you. No need to call anyone names here. I do not wish to be like you; you are right, most BASE jumping is too dangerous for me. I am not scared so much as trying to look out for my children's future. I simply hadn't realized that you were allowed to use multiple rigs, so I asked if that was OK. I, like you, wanted information. That's all.

    RE: multiple rigs

I was so disgusted at the ignorance and disrespect that I felt compelled to post.

    bridgedaybase wrote
    >The altitude of nrgb allows us real basejumpers to >legally work on aerials and rigging not convenient >elsewhere.

thanks for the good laugh. I am amazed at the boldness of people to post here when they obviously don;t know diddly doo. These newbie posts display an ignorance and defiance that deserve some introspection.

so to reply to Mr. bridgeday base (apparently a real self proclaimed bad ass BASE jumper) , If you have to ask how to get mutliple jumps at BD , then a realBASE jumper you are not. Go work on your "aerials and rigging"....ROFLMAO! "There are Bridge jumpers, then there are BASE jumpers"

so many posts by the newbie-multi-useless-response-board-clutering-mt dew-boys make me
:9 A parachute, a 876 ft bridge, a MT dew, a woody and fuzz on yer nutz doesn't make you squat in anyone's mind but your own....watch, listen, learn and earn...back to lurkland

    RE: multiple rigs

Then i completely apologize. If you read the responses to my original question they appear to be in the same category: trying to make out like im greedy and or jumping a claim or doing something wrong; somehow trying to take something from others. Im sorry if i misread your comments. Yes multiple jumps and multiple rigs are allowed. People have the rigs lined up somehow, or speed repack. No one in line has the authority to override that fact; anyone suggesting that they do can infer my subsequent stupid comments were intended for them. Sorry. my comments were intended for the everpresent idiots in the world who like fouling up the baseboard and who likely have never been to bridgeday. So much for using the bb for info gathering, ill stage the rigs my own way. thx.

    RE: multiple rigs

You really need to learn how to read. But im patient. when you finish the third grade let me know. then ask a base jumper (not the s jumper that you obviously are not being able to read) the simple answer to my simple question. (key word here is read; do it slowly and sound out all the words, then look them up in the dictionary) then think for awhile (aspirin may help here) (wait till the ecstasy wears off first helps too) then figure out if your still to girlishly oversensitive to be offended, disgusted, and ignorant. ill find my own answers on this one...buh bye.:P
