    bridle 4 wingsuit

Made my first wingsuit/base this weekend and had a comment about it. i heard from Loic Jean Albert(maker of the french wingsuit), that he's making the suit much longer then on the Perigee Pro to prevent hesitation...somebody more experience with it ?

    RE: bridle 4 wingsuit

    Yo !

In my experience (70+ base and 200+ suit flights) a regular BASE bridle (9..10ft) works fine. I use 38" PC on BASE flights: your total airspeed on opening is well below terminal, 90..100mph max. In fact, a regular short skydiving bridle and a small kill-line PC works great for me on a skydive. I have never had PC hesitations and believe that they are caused by one's body position (trying to slow down and/or collapse wings).

I strongly believe you should pull in full flight and keep flying until your canopy sits you up. I have tried to leave a PC on my back intentionally - it gets blown off immediately in full flight.

    bsbd!
