A famous adventurer and his dog made history by jumping off a cliff together!

Base jumper Dean Potter has gone on many adventures in his life, and now there’s video of him taking his dog along for the ride.

Whisper, a 4-year-old miniature Australian cattle dog, is believed to be the first dog to go base jumping.

Potter strapped Whisper onto a pack on the back of his wingsuit, and then completed a jump from the side of the 13,020 foot Eiger mountain in Switzerland.

The video is drawing mixed reactions.
