A man in his 50's was rushed to hospital code 1 by ambulance after a skydiving accident that happened around 4:10pm at McEwen's Airport on Elmwood Drive in Sunny Brae area of Moncton. The skydiver was unconscious for about 5 minutes after taking a hard landing. I spoke to a man at the accident scene and he told me the man was experienced skydiver , and that he took a hard landing. Moncton Fire Department also responded along with 3 Codiac RCMP vehicles. Paramedics had the man fully packaged and at 4:30pm is when the ambulance was going hot to the hospital on Elmwood drive.
