Don't see what the civil suit can be about unless they damaged property or equipment or they can prove some sort of damages or loss???

You can't take someone to court just for trespassing unless there is some sort of provable loss involved.

Hey Garrett, I know the article quotes you as saying that you guys were; "just in the wrong place at the wrong time" but really?

One, why drive up to the tower, right next to the neighbors house?

Two, why give a phone interview and then drag skydiving (and by default, the local DZ) into it??

Granted, I'm internet quarterbacking here so correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems like you guys really bungled a pretty basic BASE jump?
