Skydiving victim identified as Webb City man (The Joplin Globe)
MOUNT VERNON, Mo. — Larry Miller, 37, a Webb City man with skydiving experience, was killed Sunday when his main parachute failed to open, the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department said Monday.
