Poppy appeal raises £33,483 in Oldham (Oldham Chronicle)

Generous Oldhamers raised a record amount at this year’s poppy appeal before Remembrance Sunday and Armistice Day. The town centre collections brought in £33,483 for the Oldham branch of the Royal British Legion.
