    Amping up right before exiting

    Hello all,

I'm wondering what do you do to amp yourself up on a jump? Every jump I've been on (18) I've had to control myself so that I didn't overamp or get way too excited. On tonights jump, I was absolutely perfectly content standing up on that tower. Twice I got up onto my exit point and in position, and twice I climbed back. The second time I think I was just scared but the first time I just wasn't feeling it.

So what do you guys do to get amped up?

Yo Timber! What are you talking about dude! You were the best in Johnny's class! What do you need to get amped up about??? If you aint feeling it though there's no sense in pushing it.

Give me a shout when you come back down to TF and I'll hook you up with some cool locals!

    Your mom........

But seriously, the last thing I want to be is amped up. I much prefer calm, scared to death and focused.

Sounds like he needs a good old-fashioned object stike. After that you'll be fine.

4th jump off the tower tonight. It's getting easier and easier to get off just like the FJC. This was by far the best jump and it was by far the most enjoyable. Thanks for the responses!

    Bump.
There's loads of stuff you can get online - most of it you find in your email unless it goes to your junk mail box.
Stitch, you were saying that you had the same problem but that viagara worked wonders for you - maybe you could share your experiences with the crew?
