In case I'm not around during your stopover, here's the situation in SD.
The building that was being jumped may be closed up now, as it's pretty much completed. There's another one however a few blocks away (you'll see it) that I haven't been inside of yet, but I did a quick recon of the outside. There's a crane attached that always seems to be properly positioned for a night time assault. But, I don't know yet, if getting on the boom end is possible.
The building itself seems jumpable on two sides at least. However, the landing areas are narrow streets and there are many obstacles. I'm not aware of anyone jumping this building yet, but it's worth a look-see if you are here.
Keep in mind a jumper was chased a few weeks back from the first building I mentioned by a security guard and several months ago two BASE jumpers were busted by the police as they landed at the same place. While there is no over-awareness of BASE jumping at this time by S.D. authorities, a few more incidents like that could change things.

The southwest corner (floor 35) of said 2nd B works, but the setup and approach for landing on the narrow street, with trees down one side, was quite busy! An o.h. to the left could spoil ones day.
Reccomend a shorter delay for that reason.
The boom looks very cool, never tried getting on it though.
