Looking for Excel VBA experts

Any of you guys out there proficient in Excel VBA? I am self taught and rely heavily on an internet list server for code normally, and was hoping someone with more knowledge maybe able to help me - I know that someone with the knowledge will be able to rustle something up pretty quick.

I am looking for a simple (as far as vba code goes) macro to automate something I am doing that is helping getting the archive threads on BLiNC into the new forum. If someone could help me out rather than me trudging through the list server I would appreciate it...........
