    Fatality analysis

This poll is based on the attached documents, and is intended to help refine the data.

If this was possible, here's what I am trying to do: post a poll asking five questions:
    1. How many BASE jumps have you in total?
    2. How many jumps have you off B?
    3. How many jumps have you off A?
    4. How many jumps have you off S?
    5. How many jumps have you off E?
    6. How many skydives have you?

Please reply to this posting with the answers...

I need posters to be able to enter a number against each one.

If I could get all that data I reckon I could analyse the hell out of that data, giving a far more accurate overall analysis.

E.g. the following improvements to the existing analysis.

    A) Correct risk analysis based on object jumped.
    B) Risk analysis as experience increases.
    C) Specific risk analysis for low timers.

I know that all the analysis in the world will not prevent most of the accidents, but if one can be prevented then what harm.

It will be an excel document I'll send to you and I will send two versions. One with all the data & formulas visible and one with only the end result visible (for public access). I would be afraid of dodgy computer users messing around with the document and then you'd have unhelpful documents competing with the real thing (modesty is great).

    All the best,

    Martin
