Thanks to the Stavanger BASE Klubb

Team Crank and associates have just returned from the Kjerag heli boogie where we had a cranking good time, amassing 79 jumps by 8 people in 3 days (including one hike :-S). We would like to extend our hearty thanks and appreciation to all of those at the Stavanger BASE Klubb (Stein, Vibeke, Kim, Andre, Stig etc and Espen the pilot) for their hospitality and their efforts to organise the boogie and maintain the standard of jumping in the area. 150 jumps were made on Sunday! Many of us did a personal best of 6 jumps in one day and there was someone at the boogie who made 10!

Superlatives fail me to describe the beauty and the magnificance of the area. If you've been, then I don't need to tell you. If you haven't, then you should go.

A fantastic time was had by all! Look out for the video later this year...

    Thanks again.

    Yea, what he said!

Big Thanks to Stein, Kim, Vibeke, Stig, Espen for a cracking trip, well organised and run. Turn round time on the chopper was like 5 mins, awesome! 6 in a day was fantastic :+

Thanks to the rest of the gang for another cracking tour :D

    Stay safe

    Nice work fellas!

Pity I did not get the time off to go for the heli - so I am gonna have to haul my lazy sub500ft ass up a few times this weekend!!

Nice to see all back safe!

    Be safe always.........

I feel i need to say a special thankyou to Stein ,the rest of the organisers, and Espen the chopper pilot for sorting me out when i decided to land on some rocky hard thing instead of the soft green stuff.
The chopper ride to Stavanger hospital to get my leg stitched up was infinitely more comfortable than the drive.

If I can do it, I'm sure you can! Mind you, I only did it once!

I am now convinced you're after one of my nicknames...

"Err Neil I think you better get someone I might need some stitches in this" :+
