Just curious. What video do you refer to in your article in Skydive magazine? Near the end of the article titled "BASE Case Makes Progress in Federal Appeals Court" you say that Judge Tacha promised to watch the video. Just wondering what is on that video.

the video was produced by Tom Sanders for Fred Morelli and his Lake Powell BASE cases. It shows a series of aircraft taking off and landing from water, to include floatplanes, float hangliders, even float paraplanes.
The idea was to show the court that "aircraft" encompass many types of flying machines, including parachutes.
