You need to go to the BASE Numbers forum:
http://www.blincmagazine.com/cgi-bin/forum/dcboard.cgi
Then you will see a forum about 5 forums down.
BTW. Jean has not been doing the numbers for some time now. Rick and Joy Harrison have inherited them.

Congratulations on getting BASE. If you want the only official BASE number from the US BASE Association started by Carl and Jean Boenish, my wife and I now keep them. My twin brother and I were among the early BASE jumpers, and we spent a few years jumping with Carl and Jean. I was elected as the Executive Director of USBA quite a few years ago when it was time for Jean to give up the title. Unfortunately we no longer have a publication, but Jean sent us all of the old books and lists over a year ago. My wife Joy has been keeping the original numbers current and the day numbers are now well over 600. Night numbers are still in the low 100+ range.
To get your number, and a card if you choose you must do the following.
Send us the information about your 4 qualifying jumps. I need you to give us the name of the 4 BASE objects, the approx. altitude, any good accounts of the jumps (not necessary, but I like to read the stories). On the last of your qualifying jumps, please include the time of day just in case someone in the world qualified the same day but at a different time.
You can send the information to us by e-mail, or by snail mail. We will wait for 30 days before we lock in your number to give others who may be slower a chance to get their info to us in case they have an earlier time. After 30 days, we lock in your number and every couple weeks, Joy sits down and records everything in our books and prepares you a free paper neon 3X5 card with your number on it and we mail it to you by snail mail. We do REQUEST a donation of $10.00 to cover our materials and time spent in recording and sending you the info. We prefer a self addressed stamped envelope with a real letter about your jumps. If you also want an official plastic card with Carl Boenish's name embossed on it, it is a required $5.00 fee.
Our address is:
US BASE Association
c/o Rick or Joy Harrison
7316 Houston Drive
Hitchcock, TX. 77563
To summarize, send me the info about date, time, altitude and name of your 4 objects along with a self addressed stamped envelope. We do not require the donation or the stamped envelope as we know that for some folks, especially oversees, it is hard to get stamps or american money etc. We will still mail you the number and a free paper card. We won't e-mail BASE numbers due to the fact that our USBA Constitution always required us to keep your number in strict confidence. We never even gave the names out to the NPS during the early years after they got control of the land at New River, (unlike the person who ran it after we gave it up).
Good luck and pay attention to detail. If you want to lock in your qualifying jump by e-mail, please send it to Joy at the above address or myself at Cliffleaper@aol.com. Then just please follow it up with a letter and we'll lock in your date and get your number to you after the 30 days has expired from your last jump.
Rick Harrison
BASE 38 Night BASE 13.
