    F111 PC Size

BR charts say 36 inch PC is best for a 1100 ft object. I've got a 36 inch f111 pc, in v good condition. Would it be ok to jump this with a 7 second delay, or should it be strictly ZP PC with this amount of delay. I'm sure I could find the answer if I trawl through previous posts but I can't be fu(ked. Shoot me down in Flames,
    Thanks
    George

For a 7 second delay, with reasonable deployment altitude (not a super hum job), I'd say you'll be fine with the 36 F-111. I'd prefer slightly larger, but I'd say it'll work.

    Hope you don't die.

The BR Charts only reference freefall alts, NOT Object height. Iīm almost sure that you made a typo. But anway, if one sets his gear up on the edge of performance, one must be certain that one has the discipline to maintain the plan. Like, donīt pack for an 8 and do a 2, etc.

    BR Chart

Actually BR revised their chart a while back, and now it's primary basis is object height, with Delay as one of the categories. So, now it reads something like: "If your object is X feet high, take Y delay and use Z gear." The new chart is on the BR web page.

I was pretty puzzled by the change, too.
