    Thanks Basic Research!

    Due to a series of unfortunate circumstances, yesterday I found myself with no canopy, and about to embark (tommorrow) on a seven week BASE trip.

    Obviously, not a good situation.

    Thankfully, Basic Research came to my rescue. Not only did they have a suitable canopy in stock, but they were able to ship it to me rush, and get it to me in time to get it assembled, packed and ready to go for my departure tommorrow.

    Basic Research has shown me again that they have incredible customer service, and that they really do go the extra mile for their customers.

    Amen, Tom. I was at BR when your order came in -- yours and several others of similarly panicked time frames... and everything went out the door on time -- except Annie!

    Despite the old adage "that poor planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on my part," BR does seem to do its best to treat bad luck and poor planning by others as company emergencies. It's fun to see a bunch of such conscientious folks; in or out of the parachuting business, that's an unfortunately rare thing these days.

    AS being another who's order was sent late Anne and the rest of the BR family done a super job buy doing everything possible to get my order to me .They are not only making the sport safer but are a pleasure to talk to from the other side of the world . If 7 didn't give you guys a big hug from me she's in trouble.

    Be there done that. Me and my TEAM mate was getting new canopies for the Petronas jumps (wanted to look good of cause) and it turned out that my order was made a little to late for BR to have the time to send it to me before I left for Malaysia. But because the service minded people at BR the get a guy from US to pick it up at BR and take it to my hotel in Malaysia. Thanks again BR

    well, if their canopies are any good, ill switch over; ive taken one attitude too many from cr-tolerated because i believe in their canopies, not their customer treatment. (we're an imposition and a bother, you see...)
