I have been there some time ago 97 but there should be some (low) buildings in Asuncion and Ciudad Stroessner (old name of the town, near argentinina/brazilian border). The bridges between the respective borders of Paraguay-Brazil and Brazil-Argentina near Iguacu are jumpable freefall. Ask Sabia (sabianoar@hotmail.com_

Good on ya Yuri! Just got a call from the mad russian after a successful solo freefall from a 250' building in the country's capital city. No broken bones, no jail time, no bribes paid...Sounds like a mighty successful jump.
