Three people broke into Chicago's Trump International Hotel and Tower overnight and jumped from the top of the building with parachutes, police said.
The trio of BASE jumpers used "a cutting device to gain entry" at 401 N. Wabash Ave. and then jumped from the building's highest point at about 12:30 a.m. Thursday, police News Affairs confirmed.
Police said there were no injuries. Trump Tower stands 1,389 feet on the Chicago River.
It's not known how long the trio was in the building before the jump, and according to an initial investigation, nothing appeared to be stolen.
Surveillance images released Thursday showed three white men in a stairwell of the building.
The incident remains under investigation and police are looking for the jumpers, who could face trespassing charges if arrested.

Three people BASE jumped from Chicago's Trump Tower
Three thrill seekers took a flying leap off the Trump Tower in Chicago and made it safely to the city streets below.
The unidentified jumpers made their way to the top of the 92-story building in order to BASE jump in the dead of night on Wednesday, reports the New York Daily News. The Tower was also the site of a similar jump in the 2011 Transformers: Dark of the Moon, according to ABC.
BASE jumping, an off shoot of skydiving, derives it's name from the possible locations participants can jump off of- buildings, antennas, spans, and earth. While not illegal, the way jumpers access these locations, such as Trump Tower, often includes trespassing.
Police state that the three jumpers reached the top of Trump Tower by accessing the stairs. In order to do so, the three suspects allegedly cut through locks and may have covered some security cameras, according to the Chicago Sun Times.
While the jumpers safely completed their mission, residents of the Tower were bothered that the suspects were able to access so much of the building.
"There are a lot of famous people in the building," a resident told the Chicago Sun Times. "It's known for having a lot of security and for being a safe place to live. It's unnerving to know that three strangers were able to enter the building and reach restricted-access areas."
The police pulled images of the jumpers from security cameras as they claimed the stairs. While two of the suspects donned dark, casual clothing, one of them was is dress clothes and a tie. The police currently have no one in custody.
