mate... i can some how see what you say,but as Craig says why do you want to do that?
Im sure your dz has 1 BIG students setup were theres plenty of room for your canopy to be inside.
besides you have(if i rember correct) 400+ skydives you should trust that gear.

I do agree that you might want to take up skydiving again before getting into BASE again,and that you want to test your BASE canopy in a safe envioment.

Well as well as prefering to jump my container, I would also like to test out various configurations of slider up and think that using the container I will be using in the BASE environment will make me happier.

Yeah, they have, I am going up there today to speak with my old CCI and see what he says and, and to show him my container and see if he is happy or find a container he is happy for me to use. I do trust skydiving gear, I was kinda messing a bit, but even so I have to admit I am still happier taking my single parachute out!

Yep, for sure, although after 3 years of not skydiving, Ivan has asked if he can come out with me on my first jump to video the attrocious attempts I make at freeflying again!
