Technique blamed in Lake Elsinore skydiving death (The Press-Enterprise)

Witnesses to this week's death of a skydiver at Lake Elsinore say that the accident appears to have resulted from the victim's technique in diving out of the airplane, Federal Aviation Administration officials said. Stephen Millard Harrington, 40, of Massachusetts, died about sunset Wednesday during an end-of-the-day wingsuit jump, apparently after hitting the tail of the airplane.
