Double amputee parachutes in to give speech in Roseburg (KVAL Eugene)

Dana Bowman, who parachuted into the*VA Medical Center in Roseburg Thursday, is a double amputee who*was severely injured during a training exercise with the Army's elite parachute team in Yuma, Ariz., in 1994.
