First do a Google search for Public ProxyOriginally Posted by space
Go to one of the sites listed and identify a server located in the UK.
Copy the IP address and port. In Internet Explorer, go to Tools->Internet Options->Connections Tab->Lan Settings button->check the box that says "Use a proxy for your lan" (you'll need to modify you connection directly if you are on dial-up)->Enter the IP Address and POrt numbers you copied down into the boxes. Click Ok then Ok or Apply.
Now, any request you make will route via this proxy and appear to come from there so the target server will deliver UK specific content to you.
