    RE: slider down

    Sore neck,
See if you can test jump a fox 245 v-tec, then go back up and jump your mojo . Try to duplicate packing, conditions, delay, and body position, then compare. I am not sure why, probably didn't know any better but my Mojo was wacking me hard. I jump two fox v-tecs now and that seems to have solved my problem. I hate it when you dislocate your shoulder. Now go get your toggles and fly to the landing area...ouch!!!

    RE: slider down

if it's tall enough that you're waffling between slider up or down, try an oversize mesh slider. 3X6mm holes and overall dimensions a few cm over stock RULES with my Mojo220 above 150m.
on the low end, use a small tube-stow for your locking stow. i usually band the slider to a center-C line if i'm going over 3sec.
e-mail me and i'll tell you where to get one.

from 2-4.5sec, this is the setup for all of us aging opening-shock weenies!

    RE: slider down

I had to agree with D-dog, canopies that have been packed and stored, gives better and softer openings. I do leave my packed gear for 14 days +, becouse of work, and in my opinion gets softer openings. I had hard openings on my first 5 jumps on a mojo 240, but after that it got softer. Just hard'n up and forget the soft stilletto openings. 4 sec? = hard openings :'(

    Yeah, but...

Yeah, but what if some guy sold you an ancient PD235 as your first canopy?

What kind of delay could you get slider down then?
