Yes it's legal for the moment. Last year somes sites have seen many base jumpers from many country, and somes who didn't respect the basic rules
Everybody comes here because it's legal no ?
So please help us to keep it like this and be discreet. Thank you

    Hi Steve!

Yes, me and a few friends are going to be there next weekend. All the sites there are legal and it's no problem to jump there. But, if we don't meet there, please do me a favour: Before you plan to jump anywhere in that valley, make sure to inform the Helicopter-Base in Lauterbrunnen. It's important for us all to always communicate with them. Just drop me a line, otherwise we'll meet out there.

I'm not going to be there before Saturday morning. There's only one problem: It's going to rain on Sunday. If there's too much wind on Saturday, I'll probably arrive at Sunday night. I'll check the weather forecast. Send me an e-mail to my personal adress, then I'll give you my phone number.

Having jumped in the valley here are some pointers you may want to consider, don,t spend any time on the landing area move off the GRASS as soon as you land. When you can land on fields that have been most recently mowed the GRASS is very important to the swiss farmers.Try not to yell and make a scene it quite and peaceful there we must respect the swiss people we are invaders in thier valey.Rescue insurance is avalable at the helicopter base for a small fee,no body intends to be rescued don,t take a chance, lets not turn this site into another moab play safe, Andy
