    El Gigante Jumped in Mexico

On March 16 at 9:30 A.M. Double D from Mile Highsville jumped off the top of El Gigante in Chihuahua, Mexico. :7 D took a 12-13 second delay and had a pretty descent landing for the most unhospitable martian looking L.Z. in all of Mexico. I waited 4 minutes and launched my Birdman/Sorceror combo, taking a comfortable 18-19 second delay. My un-glorious landing on a 45 degree slope left me unhurt and intact. This cliff is officially called 885 meters, but I beleive it to be between 24-2600 ft. This is a permit only jump as it is in a national park. The application procees should be sorted out inside of the next 3-6 months. Without the invaluable help, support, and red tape guidance from the Mexican Gov. and many many local individuals this project could not be realized.
I will post pics and access info soon.............

    Awesome!

How was access though???? Was it a mild technical climb or a difficult hike or what???

There are definetly some cool sites in Mexico. I drove there to jump a 2000' cliff with no governmental restrictions but was winded out. ;(
