Last night i was watching tv and a programme was on c4(UK) which was about BASE in the UK. It had several jumpers on the programme jumping sites in the UK and Norway(mainly Kjerag and Smellveggen).
I,de firstly like to congratulate the jumpers on making such an excellent programme. It made me realise that although i cannot jump yet (a few more skydives required) i would be able to help with ground crewing in and around the UK.
I've been intrested in Base for years now and its the reason i started skydiving so i know whats involved like early mornings and long drives to sites just to find out its too windy to jump that day, but i'm prepared to do that and not even jump because i want to gain knowledge and experience which as we all know is a very valuable asset in tha world of BASE.
So if Sean or any of the other guy's on the film need any ground crew anywhere or if any other Jumper in the UK needs a hand give us a shout at FD2000@Valise.com i'll be more than happy to help.I know that already i have a very good perception of the ethics behind BASE and use them as a driving force behind everyday life. I draw hope from the thought that soon i too may be able to experience the world of BASE if only as a ground crew member.Blueskies my brothers................
