some of you may have seen, and if not, here you go.
The government of the US can and will use internet conversations in a court of law. We watch everything, like big brother should.
So, please tell us where you are jumping.
Thanks

Just to enlighten you a little, The only thing that is illegal about jumping something is the tresspassing part of it. So there for if you have permission to jump it. You are not tresspassing, and can't be charged for NOTHING! So when you say that the GOVERNMENT is watching, where are they looking?I haven't seen any G-MEN lurking around the ANTENNA,(The one we have PERMISSION to jump from). So please, if you are watching come out of your hiding place and say hello.
NC BASE 3
John Hayes:*
Hey folks, what he is trying to say is that the man can now use it LEGALLY in a court of law, as opposed to illegally as they were doing before. Itīs only a part of the homeland security act, for the safety of the people. emails, wiretaps, mail, cellphones surveillence with out needing to go thru the courts for a permit. same thing the US has been doing in Europe for a long time they can now do at home legally. after all, freedoms are a small price to pay for security. uhuhuh, doit to me baby.
take care,

CUDOS Space!
But just to note to those who do not read security postings I have made in the past:
I have postings here at BLiNC showing that actual postings have been used in Courts for busts at objects in the USA.
They have even stated such in the morning reports in the past.
So whoever the NPS NARC is, either he is a TROLL stirring up crap, or very GREEN to world of the NPS and does not have a clue as to what we already know.
There is nothing to fear, but fear itself.
NARC, Stand on the edge of a cliff and jump, that will give you real fear!
}>
Does this mean that our base board administrator, Mick Knutson, can be subpeoned (sp?) for postings and personal info registered on his server?
Man I'd love to discuss this in more depth, because it is an interesting legal issue, but I don't particularly care to make certain entities' legal arguments for them. &-)
The short answer is that if this site is hosted in the US, those records could probably be subpoenaed by the Feds rather easily. If this site is hosted outside of the US, they're going to have a *much* harder time of things.
