Wingsuit Flier Dies After Jump From Arizona Cliff
On Wednesday The Coconino County Sheriff’s Office said it is devising a plan to recover the body of 29 year old Mathew Kenney. The Santa Cruz native died following a Tuesday wingsuit flight in the remote cliffs along the Arizona-Utah border. Wingsuit flying is one of the most extreme forms of Base jumping. Authorities say Kenney's body is trapped in a crevice nearly 600ft below where he jumped in the Paria Canyon. The hard to navigate landscape makes retrieval a challenge.
