It seems to me it's just a subset of the Urban Exploring group, but yea, it seems kind of pointless to put the effort in and then climb down...

The thing I worry about is; if enough publicity is generated from this then every jump-on-the-bandwagon-wannabee will be running out to join the latest "craze". If this happens, every yahoo out there is going to be trying to access buildings which is going to heat things up and tighten security on some buildings.

He does have some nice photos though...
