Dennis:

Here's the company profile.

Like I said, the key deal is: Avery's recommendation to Alicia to
use
Skyventure should help "put us over the top" to be able to take
control of
KL and run it properly -- which also allows you guys to reward
your IPBC
guys because they have DOCUMENTED accuracy skill, which is very
important at
the KL Tower site.

Okay, that's it. Talk with you soon.

Robin

SKYVENTURE COMPANY PROFILE

Skyventure Productions is a multi-national company made up of
individuals
with years of experience in successfully creating, producing and
packaging
extreme sporting events for broadcast and marketing purposes
worldwide.

These individuals have come together to form Skyventure
Productions for the
purpose of producing and selling the Malaysia Petronas World
Championships
of Extreme Skydiving. This collaboration has resulted in a
company with the
infrastructure, resources, contacts, expertise and experience to
take any
proposed extreme sporting event and turn it into a financial and
promotional
success.

The principal personnel of Skyventure Productions include:

Dann Lee

Jasmina Jacinta Lee

Robin Heid, Writer and Producer

Robin Heid is the president Eagle Dancer Images, specializing in
providing
top-of-the-line written content for film, television and print
media, with
an emphasis on extreme sports and international promotion. He is
also a
highly experienced parachutist and one of the world’s first
extreme
skydivers.

Mr. Heid is both a prolific writer and gifted coordinator; he is
known for
his international network of contacts in politics, entertainment
and extreme
sports, and for his ability to find the right mix of people and
organize
them to get the best results for any project.

Andrew Wainrib, Director of Marketing

Andrew Wainrib is president and CEO of Alternative Extreme
Television (AX
TV), a division of the Swiss-based company Extreme Network
Management. AX TV
specializes in packaging extreme sporting events, then selling
the broadcast
rights throughout the U.S.A., Europe and South America that show
up as
stand-alone sports programming, entertainment specials, segments
on
“magazine” shows and various clips and images for other uses. Mr.
Wainrib
also oversees all aspects of event documentation and program
production,
from the hiring of crews and procuring equipment, to directing
the shoot,
then producing and selling the finished products.

Mr. Wainrib’s company partners with top international
entertainment agencies
such as William Morris and CAA to generate maximum coverage and
command top
prices for TV rights and finished programming. AX TV also
represents most of
the world’s top second unit film and TV directors and thus is
able to draw
“in-house” for the best talent available for filming and
presenting extreme
sports to audiences worldwide.

Dennis McGlynn, Director of Competitions and Safety

Dennis McGlynn is president of the International Pro BASE Circuit
(IPBC) and
in the last eight years has conducted more than 20 competition
and
recreational extreme skydiving events. Hundreds of skydivers have
made
thousands of jumps during those events, all without fatality or
serious
injury.

Mr. McGlynn is not only the world’s most experienced extreme
skydiving event
organizer, he is one of the sport’s preeminent athletes. He has
more than
4,000 parachute jumps during the last 20 years. He has “flown” a
camera
during more than 2,000 of his jumps, and another 1,000 have been
made from
140 different fixed objects, more than any other extreme skydiver
in the
world. He has also produced, filmed, and been featured in dozens
of feature
films, documentaries, television shows, videos and commercials.

I know you've confirmed verbally, Avery, but please send me an
email reply
to this so I can keep everything straight ! :)

Thanks,

Robin

P.S. If you are not taking your wife, would you like to split the
hotel room
cost?

Dear jumper:

You are receiving this invitation because you are a leader in the
BASE
jumping community and were chosen either by me or Tracy Walker
for some
well-deserved payback (maybe).

That (maybe) payback is a chance to participate in a world record
skydive
from the Petronas Twin Towers in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – at
1,485 feet, the
world’s tallest skyscraper.

Skyventure Productions of Kuala Lumpur and Los Angeles is
organizing the
record attempt. Dennis McGlynn will choreograph the world record
dive.

Avery:

It's falling apart, just like I said it might, so please cancel
uyour
tickets unless you can REALLY afford to go there on the OFF
CHANCE you can
jump petronas and the very good chance you can jump other
buildings while
there.

-----------------------

Jump other buildings? That's a good one. While we were there, IV wanted to jump other buildings. Robin said we'd be kicked off HIS load if we did. But then he "had rig in hand" one night.....
"Hell, Avery, I had my rig, I was ready to go on the
mandarin, and then on the other one."

Avery:

Looks like you're doing a GREAT job on the KL tower organization. Dann and
Jacinta have been very nervous about an unorganized KL day making a mess for the
world championships, but I've told them in no undertain terms that I'm completely
confident you and MArtina dn Jimmy and Aziz are completely aware of and capable of
doing this right, and all your mails simply confirm that.

Looking forward to seeing you in a couple of days and thanks again for all your help
on this deal so far.

Robin wants to be the little king so bad, he's even tried to give our sport a new name: extreme skydiving. QUACK!

Robin, cease and desist the slander.
