if anyone curious about perrine this time of year: jumped there 12/28. +29 f, overcast with low clouds, 3-5 mi/hr headwinds making for easy straight in approaches to beach. only patches of snow, cliffs have ice, path leading out literally paved with a 2 in thick sheet of ice. literally just the path, little else consistently covered. two places still have 5 ft wide or larger sections of flowing water, and yes, two types of stickers (the kind that just sticks to clothes, but doesnt stick you) are still afield!
