First I'd like to say I hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving.
Now to the serious stuff. I've been reading this site for the past two and a half years and have seen this topic discussed before but it looks like some people just don't care about burning sites. A couple of nights ago I took a trip out to a local object and found a few signs that jumpers had been there before. Not all of the following offenses occured but I don't want to say exactly which ones did for fear of narrowing down site. When you visit a site PLEASE DO NOT cut barb wire, locks, fences, grass, rake grass, break windows, dig, install platforms, or leave trash behind. I found three of these at the site. When I travel, I always try to contact local jumpers about sites. Remember, locals will know best about all the ins and outs of a site and what the bust factors are. I don't claim this particular site as mine but I bet my partner and I jump it more on a regular basis than anyone else. If anyone where to contact us we'd be more than happy to meet new jumping friends and take them out. Hell, we'd even provide the green bottles and bud for afterward. I have to much money in gear and time invested to lose this site. Just my $.02. Flame away if you must but remember "What comes around, goes around" If you burn this site, I may not be the one to burn your site but one day someone will come along and burn your's. Peace! Go Big!:P
