Hello
My name is Clinton and im 36 years old and interested in basejumping because its made from heights that dont include aircraft flight (eg- skydiving).
ive done abseiling and tandem skydive in 2006. im interested in basejumping because its made from buildings, bridges, and other objects. i want some help with this one. is there any basejumpers with disabilities. really if i had to deal with 14,000ft heights on my own i would be freaked as i was on my tandem jump. i already have enough problems overcoming my fear of heights. i just want something easy and isnt too high (such as a building or a bridge). my reaction times are great i have no impairment which affects reactions. im not looking to get myself killed or injuried nor would i think of the negatives. i want to get into basejumping. im not looking for shortcuts or corner cutting. i just want to learn basics. its just like abseiling you have to take that big leap. whilist is there any one out there who can teach me canopy control. is there any sort of ground training. i do own kites. ive sort of thought about parasailing or hanggliding.
life is too good to miss. i enjoy mine. i just dont want this to turn into another wannabe flaming post. eg-going off topic etc.
please keep it clean i wont presue anything without training and supervision.
cheers
Clinton
(and remember i have posted before on skysurf australia and dropzone. i dont want this turning into a fight).
please.....?
