I posted the reply because you were implying that the CJAA Staff was not complying with the rules stated in the Rockhopper.
I stopped jumping from the rail when they asked us to stop. I do follow the rules. Get your facts strait.
As far as dates on the image files themselves. I have over 10 GIGs worth of data on this site, and much of it I can't keep track of file stats, and server rebuilds as is common with 20GIGs of data transfer per month (260,000 hits a day).
