If you ever want to do BASE HUCK in the US, PLEASE go and sign this petition. This would also eliminate the ability to D-Bag a paraglider or speedwing.

Speed flyers got regulations introduced. Deal with it.

Can I call it "Speed Flying" if I only use a 48" ZP pilot chute?
I bet I can go 60 mph with that rig.
Hell, call it "Drag Flying" and I'll use a 32" PC. And wear pink gloves
