Santa lights Benning's drop tower (Columbus Ledger-Enquirer)

@CO Explode DropCap:Santa dropped in — without actually “dropping” in — to Fort Benning on Friday to help light its Airborne Drop tower. Santa didn’t parachute to the event; he rode a fire truck instead. He made time to sit with children, too, including 8-year-old Emilio Manzano, who gaped at his gift. Santa also led the countdown to light the drop tower, which blazed red and green.
