Update: Man Arrested, Charged With Killing Homeless Man (NBC 17 Raleigh)

Fayetteville Police Detectives made an arrest Tuesday*for the Nov. 3 homicide of Mondrow Brown. Joseph Michael Tancredi, 19,*was arrested without incident and charged with First Degree Murder.
