I just bought DB13 and Dead Man's Shoes last night at Best Buy. both films are really quite good, but nothing to look for at this years academy awards. if you into super cool action/fight/chase scenes, take a look at DB13. everything you see is real, no wires and no special effects. some of the best action sequences i have seen in a long time. think martial arts with a complete new twist.

for all of you satan, skull, loving horror/slasher/thriller fans, Dead Man's Shoes is for you. not my cup of tea, but i can appriciate the film from anther persons view. quite dark and depressing, this film looks into the life of a helpless teen who is totally humiliated and taken advantage of through, rape, drugs, and physical abuse. when his older brother returns to the northern england town, he seeks revenge against these thugs who took advantage of his helpless brother so many years prior. so for all of you who have ever even made fun of someone, watch your back...there could be a crazy man in a gas mask waiting for you while you sleep. haha/just kidding///not a bad flick to rent or perhaps buy if you like having nutso DVD's in your collection.
