The Memorial Day BASE Boogie in Twin Falls was a hell of a lot of fun. Team Portland (all two of us in attendance.) had a fantastic time. The Perrine was full of spectacle and fun including McConkies, big ways, water landings, many spectators, and the support and enthusiam of the local businesses and even law enforcement.
I had a great time, unfortunately had to leave before I exchanged information with the other jumpers. I wanted to send out a request for contact info to the many great jumpers I met.
Lance and Ivan and the Utah crowd. Mike, Bill, Fast Eddie, Wes and the Arizona Crowd. Todd, Allen, Denzel, and the Seattle/Olympia group. Allesia (sp?) and the NJ/NY jumpers. Karen from BR, Rob and Kathy from Morpheus, Yuri from DC, Ieero from Finland, Tom from Texas, Baxter from Altanta, and the other amazing and dynamic people whose names I can't recall due to my lousy memory.
I also wanted to express apprecation to Lucky, Fritz, and Don for running the boats and often car shuttles from the landing area to exit, and just always being there. ;-)
