I would take it seriously; but it's serious and ridiculous at the same time. -sl
I just rebooted the Linux server. It has been cranking along for many months without a reboot. I will keep looking at the logs for I/O response times as that might be an indicator.

So that was not the issue. It seems like hosting 1 server with both the Forum, and the Database are causing the server to page memory to disk. Or at least that is what it seems. So I added another GB of RAM to this server, but I am looking into configuring a completely new server and move the Database to that one. This should seperate reads, from writes to disk.

its faster now, though BJ.com and DZ.com load faster...just trying to give a comparison.
Do you still think bn is faster? The page metrics show otherwise...
