Legendary BASE jumper dies in crash
Dean Potter, 46, and his friend Graham Hunt, 29, were found dead after jumping from Taft Point in Yosemite National Park on May 16. Potter was a pioneer in climbing and wingsuiting, and created “freeBASE,” an extreme sport that combines skydiving and rock climbing without ropes.
