Who needs a Skyflyer?

LAST EDITED ON Feb-17-01 AT 10:23 AM (PST)[p]I highly recommend that you take a look at the new, 4th generation wingsuit, the Shiteflier.

The only wingsuit approved by the A.B.A. for use in Aussie BASE, the Shiteflier is constructed of the highest quality materials. The body consists of cast-off army surplus camouflage, strategically reinforced in high wear areas with the copious application of duct tape.

The Shiteflier's improved wing system is constructed of discarded plastic grocery bags, allowing for the use of refuse found on the approach as replacement wing materials in the event of wing breakage. Further, the wings can be detached to serve as static lines in the event of a failure of the jumper's testicular fortitude.

The wing attachment system, composed entirely of vinyl electrical tape, is ideal for easy wing removal in the event of a high speed malfunction. A simple thrashing of the arms and legs (sometimes called a "flail maneuver" ) easily detaches all wing surfaces.

For more information, see the manufacturers website at www.bird-brain.com.

The last few posts were not me!

    No, No.

I usually make it clear its me when I post and on this occassion I am afraid you were mistaken. Despite some of the descriptions of this new ShiteFlier - someone has been watching some of my wingsuit videos, it was not my idea. I could use a pair of training wheels though to steady the ship when it starts to roll, I really do wobble badly sometimes.

Unfortunately the manufacturers know me on a first name basis because of all the repairs I keep getting. Not too many standup landings with the wingsuit recently.

    Luv SLIM
