I've found a 2/1 foreclosure condo in sunny Florida (near Tampa) 15 minutes from the beach. It has no furniture and no appliances but the price is right I'm in the process of getting the utilities hooked up. If anyone wants to visit hit me up. Oh yea, its in a gated community so riff-raff need not apply.
