    CAROLINA BASE

CONGRATULATIONS to our friend Jim G.for qualifying for BASE, by nailing the A and B in the same day. Honors to John and Jeff for making the commitment and helping secure the victory...and especially big THANKS to Tegro Rodriguez for without him I fear we would have had 2 in the slammer last night! Congrats Jim, it was a real pleasure.

    c-ya!

    RE: CAROLINA BASE

Thanks guys for the good time. It was a real blast. Thanks to Blair for the inside info & thanks to the T-man for the report on the golf game. I'm sure the Head Greens Keeper went home pissed off, & dreamed about a giant bottle of "ENSURE" falling from the sky. Last but not least, Congrats to BIG JIM on his E.S.A.B. It was a real pleasure for all of us!!

I assume the man did not do a solo and that all of you who were with him did both an antenna tower as well as a building that night.
Are you the only BASErs who have done both A and B in one single 24 hour period?
    Quite a feat.

Yeah, those Arizona softies had to do an S and an E, too.

And those Portland wimps were so soft they had to do it in a quarter the time.

    RE: CAROLINA BASE

What is your problem? Why are you so hostile?
I've read your writing before. You certainly have a chip on your shoulder.
Do you act this way out in the open when among live people?
I guess you must be a pretty tough guy but for some subconscious reason, antagonistic.
    On a non-stop jihad?
The Osamma Bin Laden of parachuting? Or just maybe one of life's losers.
But, you have supplied us with 4 people. What about yourself? Have you done an A and a B within a few hours of each?
If you answer, why don't you try to be nice?

    RE: CAROLINA BASE

Hey Tom, I know you're just being sarcastic, but do you know how old Jim G is? If not, you should ask around. Might make those 2 jumps in 24 hours a bit more impressive.

    RE: CAROLINA BASE

Actually he did climb both, he's also made the hike several times in norway. Not bad for someone, who is in their 70's. He was killing commies in Korea before you born:+ so be a good little girl and Flock off!
