Forum software upgrade

Forum software upgrade to apply an urgent security patch.

There are some color issues with dark backgrounds that I am aware of and am working on now.
I am still working on some plugin edit issues.

I have been working through some issue with this upgrade and have really bad news:
The Wiki plugin does not work with the new version of the forum. I had to upgrade because of a serious security issue and cannot afford another major hack as it costs way too much.

I am working closely with the developers to get this back online ASAP.

Sorry for the delay, but the Wiki is back online and the style has been upgraded as well.
Still a few color items I plan to address, but at least the functionality is all back!
