Otis Handy’s life of climbs and dives, twists and turns, landed him in expected places. “My daddy wanted me to be a federal agriculture demonstrator. They’d go around and tell people what to plant, what kind of fertilizer to use. Dad thought that was a good job for me,” Handy said.
