NTSB releases initial findings on private plane crash (Dunn County News)
According to a preliminary reported released Friday by the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB), the pilot of the private plane that crashed north of Menomonie last week replied, “Negative” when asked if he was encountering any icing on his Cirrus SR20.
