Navy rules local SEALs' parachuting deaths were accidental (The Virginian-Pilot)
VIRGINIA BEACH The Navy has determined the parachuting deaths of two local SEALs in Arizona last year were accidental and likely the result of tangled gear. Senior Chief Petty Officer Thomas Valentine and Chief Petty Officer Lance Vaccaro died while conducting high altitude drops near the desert town of Marana.
