FAA begins inquiry into skydiver's death in Indian River County (Vero Press Journal)
A Federal Aviation Administration accident safety investigator is in Sebastian on Monday beginning an inquiry into a fatal sky diving incident in the city on Friday. A single skydiver, Daniel Kulpa, of Cranbury, N.J., died after he became detached from a parachute while skydiving over the Sebastian Municipal Airport, according to police.
