Layaway Returns As Viable Option (The Harrisonburg Daily News-Record)
HARRISONBURG - In the '80s it was popular - as were shoulder pads, parachute pants and crimped hair. Just be thankful that the payment method known as layaway is the only one of those making a comeback this holiday season.
